Online & Phone Orders

You sure can. Order through the Bombasted website and choose the time you’d like our team to start cooking. Fresh food, less waiting. That’s a win.

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Absolutely. Give the store a call, place your order and allow our team enough time to get it ready.
We don’t currently accept payment over the phone, so you’ll need to pay when you collect your order.

When you arrive, head straight to the pickup point inside the restaurant and skip the ordering queue.
Just tell our team your name and order number, and we’ll take it from there.

Most orders take around 10–15 minutes to prepare. During busy periods, it may take a little longer. We cook our food fresh, and some things are worth waiting for.

Delivery Orders

We’re sorry your order didn’t go to plan. Because delivery orders and payments are processed through our delivery partners, any refunds, credits or payment-related solutions need to be handled directly through the platform you ordered from. Contact their customer support team through the app so they can review the issue and help make it right.
Delivery times depend on how busy the store is, the size of your order and how quickly a delivery driver arrives to collect it. Your delivery app will show the most accurate estimated arrival time. Freshly Bombasted food incoming.

Bombasted Merch

Bombasted merch is usually reserved for our Baste Club members and the Bombasted crew. We also run merch giveaways every now and then, so keep an eye on our socials, join The Baste Club or become part of our team. You’ve got to be in it to wear it.

Products & Dietary Information

Yes. Bombasted is Halal, and we only work with certified Halal suppliers for our chicken and meat products.
We offer a selection of gluten-friendly products that do not contain wheat-based ingredients, including our OG Charcoal Chicken. Our chips are also cooked in dedicated fryers. However, wheat products are handled in our stores, which means cross-contamination may occur. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely gluten-free or suitable for customers with coeliac disease. Please speak with our team before ordering if you have an allergy or dietary requirement.
No raw eggs here. We use pasteurised egg in our Creamy Mayo and Ranch Dressing.
