1. Introduction
1.1 Welcome to The Baste Club loyalty program operated by Bombasted Pty Ltd (“Bombasted”, “we”, “us” or “our”) (“Program”). These Terms & Conditions set out the rules that apply to your membership, participation in, and use of the Program and any related features. By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. They are intended to clearly outline the rights and responsibilities of both you, as a member of the Program (“Member”), and Bombasted. Please ensure you read and understand these Terms & Conditions before participating in the Program.
1.2 These Terms & Conditions cover and govern the basis of the Program, but do not govern the full use of Bombasted products, services, website, ordering platforms or in-store purchases. These Terms & Conditions are separate from any general Bombasted Terms & Conditions, which you may also be required to read and accept when registering, placing an order, or using Bombasted services.
1.3 These Terms & Conditions are effective as of 16/06/2026 and may be amended by Bombasted Pty Ltd from time to time. The current Terms & Conditions will be made available on the Bombasted website, or other official Bombasted platforms. You may be provided with the opportunity to review these Terms & Conditions when joining the Program and following any updates.
1.4 By joining The Baste Club, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Using, earning or redeeming any rewards, points, offers, discounts or benefits under the Program will be deemed acceptance of these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms & Conditions form the basis of The Baste Club and govern the use of the Program.
2. Definitions
2.1 In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context requires otherwise:
“Bombasted” means Bombasted Pty Ltd and, where applicable, any participating business, restaurant or store operating under the Bombasted brand and providing Bombasted products or services. “Participating restaurants/stores” means selected Bombasted restaurants, stores or ordering platforms that are participating in The Baste Club. “Program” means The Baste Club, the Bombasted loyalty and rewards program. “Member” means an individual who has registered for, joined, and is participating in the Program. “Baste Club Point(s)” means the points earned by Members through eligible purchases, qualifying activities, promotions or other designated means, which may contribute towards unlocking a Reward, Voucher or other Program benefit. “Reward(s)” means the privileges, benefits, offers, discounts, bonuses or promotional items that Members may receive, earn or redeem as part of the Program. “Qualifying Activity” means any eligible purchase, action, promotion, engagement or activity that allows a Member to earn Baste Club Points, Rewards, Vouchers or other Program benefits. “Voucher(s)” means a digital voucher, coupon, discount or offer issued to Members once they have met the required criteria under the Program, which may be applied to a future eligible purchase in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
3. Eligibility
3.1 By joining or using the Program, you confirm that you are legally able and competent to accept these Terms & Conditions and to comply with all obligations, requirements and responsibilities set out in them.
3.2 You may only join and use the Program, and provide personal information to Bombasted Pty Ltd, if you are an Australian resident aged 15 years or over. If you are under 18 years of age, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
3.3 By registering for an account, joining The Baste Club, or using the Program, you confirm that you accept these Terms & Conditions and agree to comply with them at all times.
3.4 Employees of Bombasted Pty Ltd, its related entities, subsidiaries, contractors, franchisees or participating stores may not be eligible to participate in the Program, unless otherwise approved by Bombasted Pty Ltd.
3.5 To become a Member and join the Program, you must register for an account through the Bombasted website, online ordering platform, in-store kiosk, Point of Sale system, or any other official Bombasted registration method made available from time to time.
3.6 Membership is limited to one account per individual. Bombasted Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel, suspend or merge duplicate accounts at its discretion.
3.7 Members are responsible for ensuring their account details are accurate and up to date. Where the Program is accessed through a website, app, ordering platform, kiosk or other digital system, Members may be required to use the latest available version to access all Program features.
4. The Baste Club Points
4.1 The Baste Club rewards program allows Members to earn points on eligible purchases made at participating Bombasted stores, online ordering platforms, kiosks or other approved Bombasted sales channels.
4.2 Points are calculated based on the total cash value of eligible items purchased. The total cash value includes GST but excludes any vouchers, discounts, credits, delivery fees, service fees, surcharges, gratuities or other non-eligible amounts applied to the transaction.
4.3 Members will earn 1 Baste Club Point for every $1 spent on eligible purchases, unless otherwise stated by Bombasted Pty Ltd.
4.4 Once a Member earns 200 Baste Club Points, a $10 Voucher will be generated and made available in the Member’s account for use on a future eligible purchase.
4.5 Baste Club Points cannot be shared, transferred, sold or combined with another Member’s account. Members cannot transfer points to another Member, and points may only be used by the Member who earned them.
4.6 Baste Club Points cannot be earned on gift cards, special promotions, catering orders, private events, group bookings or shared bills, unless expressly stated by Bombasted Pty Ltd. For group bookings or shared bills, points may only be awarded once per eligible transaction, not per individual.
4.7 Points are issued at the point of payment. Receipts, previous purchases or past transactions cannot be retrospectively credited with points.
4.8 Point limits may apply per Member, transaction, promotion or account, as determined by Bombasted Pty Ltd from time to time.
4.9 Bombasted Pty Ltd reserves the right to add, remove, adjust, suspend or cancel points from a Member’s account where required, including where a refund has been issued, an error has occurred, duplicate points have been awarded, or fraudulent, suspicious or improper activity is suspected.
4.10 Points and Vouchers have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, sold or redeemed outside of the Program.
5. Vouchers
5.1 Vouchers issued under The Baste Club must be redeemed by the Member through their account. For online orders, the Member must be logged in and manually apply the Voucher at checkout. For in-store, kiosk or Point of Sale orders, the Voucher must be scanned or applied at the time of purchase.
5.2 Vouchers may be subject to a minimum spend requirement, expiry date, redemption conditions or other specific terms. Any applicable terms will be outlined on or with the Voucher. The validity period of a Voucher begins from the date and time it is issued.
5.3 Multiple Vouchers cannot be combined, stacked or used in the same transaction, unless expressly stated by Bombasted Pty Ltd.
5.4 A Voucher cannot be split across multiple purchases or partially redeemed. If the full value of a Voucher is not used in a single transaction, any unused balance will be forfeited.
5.5 Vouchers cannot be redeemed for gift cards, catering orders, private events or any other excluded products or services as determined by Bombasted Pty Ltd.
5.6 Vouchers may be used with selected promotions, discounts or sale items unless otherwise stated. Where permitted, the Voucher will usually apply to the transaction value after any other discounts or offers have been applied.
5.7 Vouchers are issued to the Member’s account and cannot be transferred, shared, sold or moved to another Member’s account.
5.8 Bombasted Pty Ltd may notify Members through email, SMS, app notification, account notification or other communication channels when a Voucher is close to expiry, but Bombasted Pty Ltd is not required to provide such notice.
5.9 Expired Vouchers are no longer valid and may not be redeemed. Bombasted Pty Ltd reserves the right to reissue, extend, remove or reinstate expired Vouchers at its discretion.
5.10 Authorised Bombasted Pty Ltd staff members may issue Vouchers to Members where necessary or appropriate, subject to management approval and Bombasted Pty Ltd policies.
5.11 Bombasted Pty Ltd reserves the right to add, remove, adjust, suspend or cancel Vouchers from a Member’s account where required, including where a refund has been issued, an error has occurred, a Voucher has been issued incorrectly, or fraudulent, suspicious or improper activity is suspected.
6. Accounts
6.1 Each Member can only have one account in the Program. Accounts are non-transferable.
6.2 Bombasted Pty Ltd reserves the right to close duplicate accounts or accounts suspected of fraud or abuse.
7. Privacy and Data Usage, Contact Communications
7.1 Bombasted Pty Ltd may collect, use and store Members’ personal information for the purpose of operating, managing and administering The Baste Club.
7.2 Personal information collected may include, but is not limited to, a Member’s name, contact details, date of birth, account information, order history, transaction details, rewards activity and engagement with the Program. This information may be used to manage Member accounts, issue points and rewards, provide Program benefits, and send marketing, promotional or Program-related communications.
7.3 Bombasted Pty Ltd may share Members’ personal information with third-party service providers, related entities, technology providers, marketing providers, payment or ordering platforms, and other partners where necessary to operate, manage, improve or administer the Program. Any such sharing will be subject to appropriate confidentiality and data protection requirements.
7.4 Bombasted Pty Ltd will take reasonable steps to protect Members’ personal information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.
7.5 By joining or using The Baste Club, Members agree that their personal information may be collected, used, stored and disclosed in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and any applicable Bombasted Pty Ltd Privacy Policy.
7.6 When you provide us with your mobile number, email address or other contact details when placing an order, creating an account, joining The Baste Club, making an enquiry or otherwise interacting with Bombasted Pty Ltd, you agree that we may use those details to contact you in connection with our business. This may include contacting you regarding your current or previous orders, order updates, delivery or collection issues, customer service matters, feedback, account or loyalty program information, promotions, special offers, new products, competitions, events, marketing campaigns and other Bombasted communications that may be relevant to you. Where permitted by law, Bombasted Pty Ltd may contact you by SMS, telephone, email or other electronic communication methods. You may opt out of receiving marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe function provided in the communication or by contacting us. Opting out of marketing communications will not prevent Bombasted Pty Ltd from contacting you where reasonably necessary in relation to an order, transaction, account, customer service matter or other operational communication.
8. Termination
8.1 Bombasted Pty Ltd reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate The Baste Club, or any part of the Program, at any time and for any reason. This may include changes to points, Vouchers, Rewards, benefits, earning rules, redemption rules or eligibility requirements. Where reasonable, Bombasted Pty Ltd will provide Members with prior notice of any material changes.
8.2 Bombasted Pty Ltd may suspend, cancel or revoke a Member’s account, membership or access to the Program if the Member breaches these Terms & Conditions, misuses the Program, or engages in fraudulent, abusive, dishonest, suspicious or improper conduct connected to the Program.
8.3 If The Baste Club is terminated, Bombasted Pty Ltd may, at its sole discretion, provide Members with a reasonable period to redeem any valid Rewards or Vouchers before the termination date.
8.4 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bombasted Pty Ltd will not be liable to any Member or third party for any modification, suspension or termination of the Program, or any part of it.
8.5 Baste Club Points, Vouchers, Rewards or other Program benefits will not be awarded, honoured or retained in relation to any purchase, transaction or activity that is reversed, cancelled, refunded, voided or deemed ineligible by Bombasted Pty Ltd.
8.6 Any attempt to transfer, sell, misuse or otherwise deal with Points, Vouchers or any other Program benefits outside these Terms & Conditions is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension or termination of a Member’s account and the forfeiture of any accumulated Rewards.
9. Fraud and Misuse
9.1 Members must not use The Baste Club in a way that is dishonest, improper or unfair, including attempting to manipulate the Program to receive Points, Vouchers, Rewards or benefits they are not entitled to.
9.2 Members must not use any software, automated tools, false accounts, system workarounds, technical interference or other methods to bypass, alter or take advantage of the Program.
9.3 Bombasted Pty Ltd may suspend, cancel or close a Member’s account if it reasonably suspects fraud, misuse, abuse, dishonest conduct, system manipulation or a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
9.4 Where an account is suspended, cancelled or closed under this section, Bombasted Pty Ltd may remove or cancel any Points, Vouchers, Rewards or other benefits connected to that account.
